Welcome to the "Cleanergy" APP and related services! Cleanergy Power System (hereinafter referred to as "Cleanergy" or "we") is committed to protecting your privacy. ● We regularly review our practices regarding the collection, storage and processing of information, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to the system.
● Access to the system is limited to Cleanergy employees and third-party service providers to obtain the information they need for processing. They are all subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may face penalties or dismissal if they fail to meet these obligations.

●Most of the data used for Cleanergy products and/or services is stored in a storage system. By using a column family-based access control mechanism, only Cleanergy employees who have obtained access permission can access the data column families they are authorized to access.
●Please note that in order to implement the above arrangements, Cleanergy may use overseas facilities operated and controlled by Cleanergy to process or back up your personal data. We may transfer and store your personal data in our overseas facilities. However, this does not change any commitment we make to you in accordance with this Privacy Policy to ensure the security of your personal data.

Your data is very safe through the above protective measures, especially encrypted storage and transmission. Certain details in the encrypted data are only accessible to you personally.
